About James

I am now with Real People Realty (RPR), and I am excited about the possibilities. I have been a Real Estate Broker/Agent for more than 17 years! During this time I have gained knowledge and experience that will benefit you with all of your real estate transactions.

Prior to starting my real estate career, I was a leader in the Social Service industry. Furthermore, I was a licensed General Contractor that served as the President of a construction company. I was responsible for the day to day operations of the organization. I used my acquired skills to build relationships, assess properties for purchase, evaluate contractors/sub contractors, rehabilitate units, and provide preservation services/property management for countless units. I possess the ability to understand complex issues and resolve problems, manage multiple projects and groups of people.

I believe that my uniques combination of management, social service and general contractor experience will allow me to excel during your real estate proceedings to get the price point and smooth transaction that you deserve.

I look forward to providing comprehensive services for both buyers and sellers. I offer my clients an entire suite of service for buying and selling real estate. From staging and high-end photo shoots and 3D videography to constant contact with my clients, I will work to manage the entire process of marketing , selling or purchasing a home. I use an innovative approach to marketing property (which includes the latest technology and established systems) to enhance my business to better serve you.
