About Nancy

I have been in practice as a Realtor since 2002. I have represented both buyers and sellers, as well as investors looking for a great return on rental properties. At least once a year I attend a seminar to polish my skills in negotiation and investment strategies. Throughout the year, I continue to enroll in classes that increase my knowledge of markets and marketing and enable me to better serve my clients.

On a personal level, while I love my job it is NOT my whole life, thankfully. I enjoy time with my 3 dogs and a cat (my daughters', somehow I got custody!!). My husband and I do value quick weekend trips, sometimes on his motorcycle, sometimes not, depending on the length of trip. I also appreciate a good book, typically a historical novel or fantasy series..."Wheel of Time"or "Game of Thrones", anyone!! Another guilty pleasure of mine is a good binge watch of true crime stories, I love to see if i was correct in assessing the guilt or innocence of the culprit!

I really treasure working with my clients as every situation offers a new lesson and a new opportunity to assist in helping others. Finding the perfect home, or helping someone sell their home and move on to the next stage in life is such a rewarding experience and I hope that I can someday do that for you!
